Terms and Conditions of Studio Emporio

1. Introductory Provisions

By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms and conditions of Studio Emporio. These terms define the rights and obligations of both the salon and the client.

2. Deposit

  • New clients are required to pay a deposit of CZK 400 (in some cases CZK 100) for the appointment. The deposit must be paid via the secure Stripe payment gateway or manually to the account IBAN: CZ39 3030 0000 0010 5705 6018.
    The deposit is used to cover potential cancellation fees in the event of a no-show.

  • After the service is completed, the deposit is deducted from the total price of the service. In case of a properly justified cancellation (including documented serious reasons), the deposit will be fully refunded to the payment card via Stripe within 7 working days.
    Studio Emporio does not have access to your payment details and therefore cannot process refunds directly.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation: Appointments can be cancelled no later than 6 hours before the start of the service by phone at +420 739 267 632, by email at emporio.olomouc@gmail.com, or through the online booking system.

  • Cancellation fee: If the client fails to attend the appointment or does not cancel in time, a cancellation fee of CZK 400 must be paid to account IBAN: CZ39 3030 0000 0010 5705 6018 within 5 days of being requested to do so.
    The cancellation fee is legally enforceable and may be increased by statutory late payment penalties.

4. Stylist Changes and Appointment Cancellation

  • The salon reserves the right to change the stylist assigned to the service. The client will be informed in advance of any such changes.

  • The salon also reserves the right to cancel an appointment without providing a reason, up to 6 hours before the scheduled time. In such cases, the deposit will be refunded to the payment card via Stripe within 7 working days.

5. Complaints

  • Service result: By paying for the service, the client acknowledges and accepts the result of the service and is considered satisfied.

  • Service risks: By undergoing the service, the client accepts the risk of a possible allergic reaction.

  • Complaint eligibility: The beautician guarantees correct technical procedures and appropriate use of materials. A complaint cannot be made on the grounds of an allergic reaction, which cannot be foreseen by the beautician. In the case of an allergic reaction, the client is entitled to free lash removal.

  • Complaint period: Complaints are assessed within 7 days of the service based on an in-person evaluation by the beautician within this period. Complaints made after this deadline will not be considered.

  • Complaint outcome: The result of a complaint may be a free correction of the service or a discount.

6. Personal Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Your personal data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

7. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are valid and effective from June 1, 2025. Studio Emporio reserves the right to modify these terms, which will be published on the salon’s website.

8. Additional Agreements

Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, preferably through amicable settlement.
