Can I switch to your salon from another one? Can I change from the classic one-to-one technique to volume extensions, or vice versa?

​We often encounter clients who believe they can’t easily switch to us if they already have lash extensions from another salon, or that it’s not possible to change the lash extension technique they currently wear.

So how does it actually work?

Switching Salons

To ensure a seamless and uniform look, removal of the existing lashes and applying a new set is usually necessary. This is the only way we can guarantee the desired result. In rare cases, a refill of the existing lashes may be possible if the stylist deems it appropriate at the beginning of the appointment.

What to do: Book a new set appointment and include in the notes: “removal of existing lashes.”

Changing Lash Extension Technique

Both extension techniques — classic one-to-one (older technique, no longer offered) and volume — can be combined without having to remove all lashes and apply a full new set in our salon.However, if you are switching from another salon, we recommend removing the existing lashes and applying a new set.

What to do: Simply book a refill appointment and indicate your desire to change the technique (shape, volume, or length).
