Have you decided to get your first lash application and want to know what to expect?

Your Salon Visit – What to Expect
1) ARRIVE ON TIME
Please arrive on time or a few minutes early for your appointment. Our salon operates on a fixed schedule, so if you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to ensure the next client is served on time.
2) INFORMATION
You’ll take a seat in the waiting area, where your lash stylist will explain the entire process — the lash extension technique, UV technology, possible allergy risks and how to handle them, as well as aftercare.
3) APPLICATION
You’ll then move to the treatment room, take off your shoes, and get comfortable on the beauty bed.The stylist will cleanse your eye area and lashes, secure your lower lashes with collagen pads, and begin applying the extensions using UV light. The UV beam causes the glue to cure instantly.
For refill appointments, grown-out or unsightly lashes are removed first, followed by the new application.
4) PAYMENT & NEXT BOOKING
Once the application is complete, you’ll check the result and can request any adjustments. You’ll book your next appointment (or do it yourself online) and pay in cash, as we do not accept card payments.
Additional Recommendations
Make-up
Ideally, avoid wearing makeup the day before your appointment. This ensures your lashes are oil-free, which helps maximize retention. If you’re coming straight from work and can’t avoid wearing makeup — no problem. We can remove it on-site for an extra fee.
Time Commitment
The application of volume lashes takes up to 90 minutes. During this time, avoid distractions like phone calls. You won’t be able to get up mid-application, as your eyes will be closed and secured.
Try to avoid coffee before the appointment, as it may make you uncomfortable. Remove chewing gum as well — a relaxed facial expression helps the stylist work more precisely.
You can chat with your stylist during the application or even take a nap — many clients do! The process is completely painless and requires no effort from your side.
Contact Lenses
While it’s generally recommended to remove contact lenses beforehand, most of our clients keep them in during the procedure without issues. In fact, wearers often experience less stinging than those without lenses.
Pregnancy
Eyelash extensions are not contraindicated during pregnancy. There’s no evidence of negative effects, so expecting mothers can safely enjoy the treatment.
Health Condition
You must be in good health on the day of your appointment. This protects both you and the stylist. A weakened immune system increases the risk of an allergic reaction. Once such a reaction occurs, it can reappear every time thereafter, as the body “remembers” — similar to vaccination. It’s better to reschedule the appointment by a week than risk a lifelong allergy.
